This goes to ANY place that sells bonded leather furniture. It's crap. It peels and flakes off within months. What they do is take leather, grind it up and add adhesive (like particle board), to make more furniture out of the same amount of leather. It should be criminal bonded leather is classified as "leather" in a product headline. It's misleading. Real leather furniture lasts for decades. This crap last six months. If it's only $200-400 and says "leather", read the fine print. A real leather piece will be a lot more money. I'll never buy from Living Spaces again.
First I my sectional came missing two cushions. They were not on the truck. Had to wait a week for exchange because I live in a "restricted area" according to them. Secondly, the next week they came to pick up the sectional and had no replacement on the truck. Had to wait another week. Finally, today I check my email, it shows that they are doing another pick up! I call customer service to confirm the new delivery. The rep seems hesitant to transfer me to a supervisor. Ugh. Never again. Hope I get my sectional today.

If only I could give zero stars. Terrible quality furniture and even worse customer service! Haven’t even had our table long enough to have a dinner at it. Wiped it down to dust off and huge splinters came out. You can’t even run your hand down it without getting splinters. I was just denied warranty and a return because they say it’s wear and tear and not warranty. Uhhhh how is it wear and tear when it’s never been used!? They clearly do not back the quality of their products. Just here to rip people off with terrible products. Would never suggest them to anyone because if you have an issue with something they will not take back the item. You’re stuck with it
I ordered my furniture and waited a month for it to arrive. The delivery people said they could not deliver the furniture because the elevator was too small and the stairs were to small. I have had furniture delivered several times with no issue from any other company or delivery people. I asked the delivery driver for a supervisor's information and he just got in the truck and drove away with the furniture. I called customer service and they were no help. They said I would have to wait 24-48 hours to try and reschedule the delivery with another delivery team. I was told I would have to wait 24 hours for a supervisor to call me back. The customer service here at living spaces is horrible as well as the delivery service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! Spend thousands of dollars just to get no help when needed. Go somewhere else. ****DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LIVING SPACES****
Antique Black Crown Mold Sideboard 80"
My sideboard was just delivered. I specifically ordered an 80" sideboard and a 65" sideboard was delivered. I needed a larger piece to replace what I already had and the 65" sideboard I received was smaller than what was originally there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I called multiple times to verify that the sideboard 80" was legitimate and an accurate description and both customer service representatives I spoke assure me it was 80". There was a review online that I had read that said this exact same thing (not true to size) so I mentioned that to them and they said the review must have been talking about something else. I just got off the phone with Living Spaces and told them the sideboard needs to go back. They apologized and said the description on their website is WRONG and they are going to correct it. They are planning to pick it it on 6/1 and then once it is in their warehouse they will refund me. Stay tuned. Let's see if the credit actually hits my account!
I placed an order on 3/22 in store for a bedroom dresser set.The sales lady informed us the delivery will be on May 4th, which we were willing to wait for based on shipping timeframes. I called living Spaces customer service to inform them that I no longer needed the nightstand, but to keep the dresser and chest of drawers. It sounded pretty straight forward and understood. I worked at home intentionally on delivery date, and when the drivers arrived, they informed me that they had a nightstand only for delivery! They also informed me that their invoice stated they had to pick up a dresser as well, however the warehouse said the order was cancelled and did not place it on the delivery truck. At no fault of the drivers for the mishap, he called customer service in front of me, and the rep told him that they lost the dresser in the warehouse, and the chest won't be delivered until late June?! I was floored and called customer service, and all they could do was apologize and let me know once they find the item that was misplaced from arrival, they will schedule a delivery. Find the item? How ridiculous! I've gone online to view my order and status, and they have no update with an anticipated date for arrival or any details whatsoever. I've proceeded to wait for my order patiently and now on 5/15 with no bedroom set, I've decided to order from a different company online, and will expect my new set to be delivered in the next 7 days! 7 DAYS! Do not do business with this company, I will also be cancelling my new store card as I refuse to do business with them ever again!
This place is awful. A 7 day return policy is the most important thing you need to know. Let that sink in, 7 days and not the standard 30 you'd get from Ashley or pretty much anything else. It was a nearly $800 chair, and get a week to decide if it is right for me? Wow. On top of that it was broken and the tech you finally sent out first said nothing was wrong then I explained that yes, there was and that one of the metal tabs in the back was not sitting flush the way the one one the opposite side was. What does he do? He takes his cell phone and bangs on it. Oh but I thought you didn't see anything..... Screw this place. He was incredibly condescending too.
bought a night stand and dining table and paid for delivery fee, they only deliver nightstand and the person delivering doesn't know anything when asked where is the dining table, called living space number wait for 45mins, the answer is my table dining order has been cancelled?? I mean how can this happen?? I didnt approve any cancellation on my order and how living space cancelling customer's order without getting approval from them. And no text, email call or anything to inform them???! The funnist part is they refund store credit and didn't let me know till I callws. What a nightmare
DELIVERY TIME UNACCEPTABLE. 3/18/21 We were shopping Power Recliners for my 90yr old mom. Salesman was busy but answered our questions. We chose a recliner & asked if we could get delivery by May. He said "Yes, delivery time is 5 WEEKS for this recliner" Then I saw on RECEIPT DEL EST MAY28-JUN18!!! WTHeck!!! I called Living Spaces today & was on hold for 22 minutes. Rep said they could cancel order but would charge us $225!!! [25% of the total cost]. I'm now waiting for a call back from San Antonio store where sales rep misrepresented delivery times.
Living Spaces suck they are the most terrible company I have ever seen in my life I purchased the couch for $2500 10 minutes after they put it in my house it broke with no call back I scheduled a an appointment with a technician never got a call know nothing this place is garbage please do not purchase or go in their store they are complete garbage stay away
I went to Living Spaces in Frisco, Tx on 3/21 at 11:30 am, and was denied service because I didn't have a mask on and I claimed medical Exemption. Spoke with the manager and explained my exception. He still refused me service and said it's store policy. I have news for this company. Your policy doesn't supersede my Constitutional Rights, or the Americans with disabilities Act, and for companies to think they have these rights need to be stopped. I will be contacting an attorney. The store is thousands of square feet and not busy. I could maintain more than 6ft at all times in the store. These draconian measures are unacceptable to those with medical conditions that cannot wear a face diaper on a virus with near 0% death risk. Enough is enough. I stayed home and did my part for a year. Gov Abbott put out strict guidance on these order, and said you cannot enforce policy over law. Period no exemptions for the business the consumer has these rights!
I never seen this level of bad costumer service. They defraud propel with bad furniture and service and punish them with the return policy. They will make you pay even if you don't like their product.
My husband and I went into look at items for our re-model. They have someone at the door to tell you to wear a mask. I nicely explained that my husband is deaf and reads lips and we need to communicate to purchase. It's in the CDC guild lines that it's approved. No one in there anyway. She said, no one is allowed, so we left.
I spent my whole Saturday driving over 150 miles to inspect curio cabinets at various Living Spaces stores. I needed two. Found two. Purchased two, scheduled delivery full service. While loading one of the items on the truck for delivery they damaged it to the point that it is unsellable. They can not get another they say. They have two other similar items shipping to them at the end of March 2021 - it is Feb 23,2021 as I write this. When they come in they will NOT hold them, call me so I can come look at them, and if in good shape, BUY THEM FROM THEM! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You damage an item that the customer has been waiting 6 months to find, then you won't hold another in order for most likely (unless damaged or color doesn't match the base of the cabinet - long story) sell two of the items... That $3K. What is WRONG with these people/Business! They treat customers like crap and do nothing for them when they screw up. All businesses run into issues. It is how you FIX them. Take care of your customers and they will continue to further your success. Treat them like crap and you end up with bad reviews that other potential customers will see and NOT spend their hard earned money with you. Stupid is what the management of Living Spaces is. Customer Service lessons, you can find plenty on the web for free, do you care to drive business and success? THINK Living Spaces, and pull your head out and turn it on!

They scammed me. It appears that they sometimes come through but for me they took my money and ran.

Unnecessarily hard to check on order status. Phone wait time is about 40 minutes. I have to go in person to get updates, which doesn't even work by the way.

I waited 45 minutes to reach someone in customer service that provided 0 help.
